This is a new side
A point that cannot be agreed upon
This is a blue night
A conversation with a charge
In evening wear they dine
It started out like any other
With smiles and candlelight
And now at odds with each other
How? They come home the flames are out
He makes a point, she raises her brow
Its not what was said but how
She turns her back, his eyes are down
See the first cloud rolling in
There will be more to follow
Soon enough to open up the sky
Its the first cloud of a storm
Many more will come along
It wont be long til the sun has gone
The winds are changing
Her looks his fortune can afford
His lines are ageing
For all his wealth she's growing bored
And in private they see red
They forget how it started
A snide remark cutting the silence
An attack waiting to be invited
Its out in the open now
